Join along in this fabulous all-levels seated dance class for folks of all ages. Have a glittery accessory, a gorgeous lipstick color, or a loud piece of fabric? Throw it on and let’s move our bodies like the drag royalty we are in this 12-minute class!

ABOUT CHURRO NOMI

Churro Nomi (aka Eric Garcia) is the Production Coordinator with Fresh Meat Productions. Eric is an arts administrator, choreographer, and performer whose feet are deeply rooted in the Bay Area. He is the Co-Artistic Director of Detour Dance, an ensemble that produces original devised theater works, hosts performance-based investigative workshops, and presents the annual Tiny Dance Film Festival. He is also the Festival Coordinator with the San Francisco Transgender Film Festival. Inspired by personal narrative and storytelling, Eric has collaboratively worked with groups of incarcerated men, senior adults, LGBTQ youth, and self-identified non-dancers on various performance projects. Churro Nomi hosts and performs at several drag cabarets and clubs all over San Francisco.
