Fresh Meat Productions is proud to be a community co-sponsor of the screenings JUST CALL ME KADE and TRASNPARENT, a presentation by Frameline at The Center: Free Screenings for the Community.

The fourth season of Frameline at the Center continues with the provocative and engaging films JUST CALL ME KADE and TRANSPARENT.

JUST CALL ME KADE is the story of one youth’s transition. Maintaining a supportive relationship,

friends and family candidly express their feelings about sixteen year old Kade’s transition to male. Categories that we all take for granted are blown wide open in TRANSPARENT, a film about 19 transmen living in the United States who have given birth and, in all but a few stories, gone on to raise their biological children. TRANSPARENT focuses on its subjects’ lives as parents, revealing the diverse ways in which each person reconciles giving birth and being a biological mother with his masculine identity.

Kindly arrive early as seating is limited. Don’t miss this FREE screening of this powerful program!
