The outrageously popular Tranny Fest film and video festival returns this November with new screenings of local, national and international short films and videos. This year’s Festival features two nights of films and a live performance event. Tranny Fest Director: Shawna Virago.
November 6th: Tranny Fest Live! (performance event) features performances by Carrie Baum, Butch Tap, Storm Florez, Landa Lakes, Twincest, Shawna Virago and Emcee Annie Danger.
November 7th & 8th: two jam-packed programs of hot, innovative short films.
Tranny Fest was founded in 1997 and was the nation’s first transgender/genderqueer film festival. In the 11 years since, Tranny Fest has exhibited groundbreaking, provocative, outrageous, courageous, moving and innovative works that show the complexity of lives lived on the transgender/genderqueer spectrum.
