We are thrilled to announce that Eric Garcia will be celebrating his 12th year with Fresh Meat Productions… as our new Managing Director! Garcia joined the organization in 2010 as an intern from the University of San Francisco, primarily supporting front of house operations.
We, of course, fell deeply in love with everything about Eric and his brilliant work, incredible warmth and artistic vision; and so in 2011 we hired Eric as our year-round Production Coordinator. Many of you have met Eric at our festivals, events, workshops and other programs and have fallen in love with him too!
As Managing Director, Eric now proudly manages and co-curates Fresh Meat’s year-round programs including the annual FRESH MEAT FESTIVAL, our resident dance company SEAN DORSEY DANCE, our commissioning program FRESH WORKS!, and more recently the shelter-in-place video series #stayFRESHatHOME.
