Sean Dorsey Dance at SF Dance Film Festival

We are thrilled to announce that the dance film “Sean Dorsey Dance: Dreaming Trans & Queer Futures” (dir. Lindsay Gauthier, Produced by KQED) will make its film festival premiere at the San Francisco Dance Film Festival in the Bay Area Shorts program!

This film is a love letter to transgender, gender-nonconforming and queer people everywhere. At this terrifying moment in America when trans communities are under horrific and escalating attacks (especially at the intersections of white supremacy/ ableism/ transphobia/ queerphobia/ misogyny), this episode declares the Truth: trans and queer people are wise, powerful, beautiful and innovative artists, healers and leaders.
